The Rochester City School Board Tuesday evening began the process of finding a new school superintendent after ending Dr. Lesli Myers-Small’s contract. The board held a special meeting and decided to hire a search firm to lead the effort. That effort will include public forums and gathering feedback from the community, although much of the process will be behind closed doors because it’s a personnel issue.
