Buffalo calls up Taylor Fedun as the Sabres play in Los Angeles against the Kings on Thursday night.
LOS ANGELES, CA. — The Buffalo Sabres on Thursday announced the team has recalled defenseman Taylor Fedun from the Rochester Americans.
Fedun (28, 6-foot-1, 198 lbs.) has been recalled for the third time this season after recording 7 assists and 16 penalty minutes for the team in a career-high 25 games this season.
The Edmonton, Alberta native returns to Buffalo’s roster after a 9-game stint in Rochester in which he recorded 5 points (1+4). With 23 points (5+18) in 29 AHL games during the 2016-17 season, Fedun has tallied more goals and assists for the Amerks than any other defenseman.
Buffalo takes on the LA Kings on Thursday night in a 10:30 pm ET start.
