The Buffalo Sabres announced Friday morning that they have re-signed restricted free agent Johan Larsson to a 1-year deal.
Larsson, 26 years old, has played all but one of his 331 career NHL games with the Buffalo Sabres.
Last season, Larsson tallied 14 points (6 goals, 8 assists) in a bottom-6 role.
It remains to be seen what Larsson’s role will be within the Buffalo Sabres bottom-6 next season but one thing is certain, he belongs on the team.
