The Buffalo Sabres Corporate Hockey Challenge will take place on March 1 at KeyBank Center.
BUFFALO, N.Y. — The Buffalo Sabres today announced that the team will host the 14th-annual Buffalo Sabres Corporate Hockey Challenge presented by Pure Hockey on Thursday, March 1 at KeyBank Center.
The Buffalo Sabres Corporate Hockey Challenge is a 3-on-3 hockey tournament held annually at KeyBank Center that pairs Sabres alumni with members of participating companies in a tournament to raise money for the Buffalo Sabres Foundation. Each team includes seven players as well as one Sabres alumnus, with each player receiving a special Corporate Challenge-themed gift. The day will be capped with a happy hour and dinner at (716) Food and Sport for all players and participating alumni.
Teams will also have an opportunity to participate in the live “Alumni Draft,” in which they will select the former Sabres player that will join their team for the tournament. The draft will be held on Sunday, Feb. 25, when the Sabres host the Boston Bruins.
