A judge will decide Tomorrow (Wednesday) if all four defendants in the Craig Rideout murder trial will be tried together.

Attorneys filed a host of motions on Monday, claiming evidence against one client would prejudice the jury against their client even if it didn’t directly apply to them.

Prosecutors want to try all four of the defendants at the same time.

Laura Rideout, her sons Colin and Alex, and her boyfriend Paul Tucci are all accused of murdering Craig Rideout at his Penfield town home and trying to dispose of the evidence. Rideout’s body was found partly buried in Yates County and an attempt had been made to clean up blood in the basement of his home. The sons were arrested allegedly disposing of evidence in Mendon Ponds Park.
