The Rochester Police Department is looking for an elderly missing adult male, William Stephenson, 80 years old, 5’6, 130lbs, bald, clean shaven, last seen wearing a tan jacket, tan pants, black boots, black gloves and a black hat. Mr. Stephenson left his residence yesterday at around 2:30pm and has not returned home. He was operating a 2008 Gray Dodge Avenger. Anyone with information is asked to call 911.
