Two Rochester men and one woman were injured in separate shooting incidents over the weekend.
Rochester Police reporting to a call about shots being fired around 29 Ketchum Street found a man had been injured, but had already gone to the hospital on his own for help.
They say the 25-year-old city man went to the Emergency Department at Rochester General with a gunshot wound to his lower body. He’s expected to recover.
Late Saturday night, a 26-year-old man was shot while sitting in a car parked in a driveway at 169 Avenue E. He was also driven to RGH by a third party for medical treatment.
On Sunday night, officers were called to the corner of Kenwood and Kirkland Streets for a report of a group of women fighting. They found a 21-year-old woman had been shot in the upper body and gone to Strong Memorial for treatment. She’s in stable condition.
All three cases remain under investigation.
