Rochester Police say they’re investigating a shooting incident that happened about 9:30 last night at the corner of Thurston Road and Chili Avenue.
The victim was a 22-year-old man, hit in the lower body. His injury isn’t life-threatening and he’s being treated at Strong Memorial Hospital. No arrests have been made yet.
