Rochester Police say they have a tentative ID on the man whose body was found in the Genesee River under the Inner Loop Bridge on Monday. They’re not releasing it at this time.
Earlier, police and the Monroe County Medical Examiner’s Office asked for the public’s help in identifying the man…who was a six-foot-one black male, in his 20s or 30s, had short hair, a beard and a moustache.
