Rochester police have arrested a suspect in the triple shooting last month in a parking lot on Thurston Road.
Chief Michael Ciminelli said on Sunday that 28-year-old Samuel Shaw has been charged with two counts of second degree murder, plus assault and criminal possession of a weapon in connection with the crime. Shaw is accused of firing multiple shots, hitting all three victims.
Two of them were killed: William Gibson and Anthony Robertson. The third victim survived, but has been left paralyzed by his injuries
Police say since that incident early on June 20th, they’ve followed their investigation 24 hours a day, finally developing the evidence that led to Shaw’s arrest.
