A Rochester woman will serve one-to-three-years in state prison after pleading guilty to second degree manslaughter in the death of her infant daughter.

Lashae Bennett called 911 complaining of stomach pain, but never saying she was pregnant. She also ignored offers of help from first responders. She gave birth to a healthy baby girl, since named Brielle, but was accused of suffocating the child by leaving her stuffed into her pants until she stopped moving.

She pled guilty to the manslaughter charge a month ago.
