Image result for Leah Gigliotti RochesterA second suspect has pleaded guilty in the University of Rochester kidnapping case. The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says 21-year-old Leah Gigliotti has admitted to second degree kidnapping in the abduction of two UR football team members last year.

 

Gigliotti will serve 13 years in state prison followed by five years on probation. She’ll be sentenced November 23rd.
Assistant DA Mathew Schwarz says Gigliotti met the two UR seniors and drove them to a house on Harvest Street where they expected to find a party. Instead, they were held against their will, robbed and assaulted. A pair of drug dealers had mistaken them for two other people they believed had stolen drugs and money from them
