A Rochester woman has been found guilty of first degree manslaughter in the fatal stabbing of her husband.
Jennifer Pryor stabbed her husband in the neck and the chester during a domestic dispute outside the MetroCenter YMCA on East Main Street a year ago. Roger Pryor died at the scene. Prosecutor Meredith Vacca says the verdict in the 33-year-old woman’s case shows that anyone can be a victim of domestic violence.
Pryor faces up to 25 years in state prison when she’s sentenced.
