Two Rochester teenagers were shot Monday evening on Vinewood Place in the city. Police found one 18-year-old at the scene shot in the lower body. The other victim, 15-years-old, was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital in a private car with a gunshot wound to the upper body. Both are expected to recover. Police are investigating.
