Three Rochester teenagers have been turned over to juvenile authorities after they were stopped Monday night carrying guns in a car.
Police say the teens were 15, 16 and 17. All three bailed out of a car stopped by police on Vose Street, and all three were caught after a brief foot chase. Two of the teens had handguns in their waistbands, both 9 millimeter pistols, one loaded with 12 rounds and one with 19. All three are charged with criminal possession of a weapon and will appear in family court.
