A Rochester 17-year-old was taken to Rochester General Hospital by a private car after being shot in the legs early Tuesday morning. Police found he’d been shot in the 800 block of Hudson Avenue about 1:30 am. His injuries are non-life threatening and the investigation is ongoing.
