A 17-year-old Rochester boy has been sentenced to 2-6 years in state prison after pleading guilty to manslaughter.
Jermaine Brown admitted to shooting and killing his girlfriend, 18-year-old Ciara Grimes, shooting her inside a home on Delamaine Drive. Grimes had taken out an order of protection against Brown just a few days before.
