Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man who smashed windows at the U.S. Capitol Building during the January 6th uprising is facing additional charges, including conspiring to obstruct law enforcement.
Dominic Pezzola of Rochester was indicted Friday in Federal Court in Washington, D.C. Pezzola is one of two New York members of the Proud Boys to be indicted. The charges include conspiracy, civil disorder, entering restricted buldings or grounds an disruptive conduct. The list of charges also includes robbery of property of the United States and destruction of government property.
