Rochester police are investigating a suspicious death at a home on Myrtle Street; an investigation that began when a car crashed near 390 and West Ridge Road on Friday morning.
Police say the driver ran from the crash and was arrested. He turned out not to be the registered owner of the car. When police went to talk with the car’s owner, they found him dead inside his home
