Rochester Police were out on Monroe Avenue near the 490 ramps Thursday night, handing out fliers and asking anyone they could talk to if they saw or heard anything the night of December 8th.
That’s when Robert Hayflinger was struck and killed by a hit and run driver. Police released surveillance photos of a car they’re looking for last month.
