Both the City of Rochester and Monroe County say they’re opening their parks on Friday, and the city will open its spray parks next week.
All have been closed since March when the state locked down because of the coronavirus pandemic.
At his daily briefing, Governor Cuomo said playgrounds and public pools could reopen at the discretion of local authorities.
