The Livingston County Sheriff’s Office says a man pulled over for vehicle and traffic law violations was driven by a Rochester man who had 18 license suspensions against his name.
Sheriff Tom Dougherty says 46-year-old Roscoe Howard had picked up 18 scoffs on 10 different dates when he was stopped on I-390. He was arrested for felony Aggravated Unlicensed Operation and is being held on $3,500 bail.
