A 21-year-old Rochester man is recovering at Strong Memorial Hospital after being shot last night on West Main Street.
Police say it happened about 9:00 Sunday night, and the victim was taken to the hospital by his friends. No suspects are in custody and police are asking anyone with information about the crime to call 911.
