Police responded Wednesday night to a report of a person shot outside 14 Lenox Street, and found an 18-year-old Rochester man who told them he’d actually been shot on Frost Avenue.
The victim had been hit in the lower body and was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital, where he’s expected to recover.Â
