Monroe County Court Judge John DeMarco has sentenced a Rochester man to 18 years-to-life in prison after he was convicted of second degree murder.
Forty-five-year-old Eric Clay was found guilty on murder, weapon and menacing charges after he shot and killed Eric Crowder during an argument over a car accident. Crowder wasn’t the intended target.
Clay fired a shotgun at his neighbor during the argument but missed and hit the victim instead.
