Rochester police say a man is recovering after being shot in the stomach Thursday evening
Police say officers were in the area of Dewey Avenue and Seneca Parkway on the west side when they heard gunshots. They quickly found the victim in a parking lot near the corner of Dewey and Magee Avenues. He was taken to Strong Memorial Hospital with serious injuries.
Police say the victim is a 21-year-old Rochester man. Police have no suspects in custody yet and are asking the public to call 911 if they have any information.
