A 30-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to a first-degree manslaughter charge. William James now faces up to 18 years in prison when he’s sentenced in City Court.
James admitted his involvement in a shooting at a house party on Woodward Street a year ago that killed two people and injured four others. Although James is the only suspect to be arrested so far, police believe there was more than one person involved.
James is charged only in the death of 36-year-old John Rudolph, one of the two men killed that night.
