A 26-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to first degree manslaughter for the shooting death of Tyrone Snowden more than a year ago.
The Monroe County District Attorney’s Office says Jodeci Sinclair will spend 20 years in prison in return for the guilty plea followed by five years of supervised release. He’ll be sentenced next month.
Sinclair admitted to shooting Snowden twice in the leg in May of 2015. Snowden later died as a result of his injuries.
