A Rochester man has pled guilty to child pornography charges following a more than year-long investigation. Authorities announced today that 27-year-old Joshua Woodbury has pleaded guilty to possession of child pornography in U.S. District Court.
Following an undercover investigation, agents met with Woodbury who admitted that he used the internet to download child pornography while living at one address…and accessed his neighbor’s wi-fi to download internet child porn at his current apartment on Spanish Trail.
