A 33-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to charges of sexually abusing a toddler over a period of more than two years while he was supposed to be caring for the child.
Roger Moon pleaded guilty to abusing and sodomizing the young child repeatedly between August of 2013 and September of 2015. Under an agreement he’ll be sentenced to 12 years in prison followed by 20 years of post-release supervision.
Prosecutor Meredith Vacca called Moon a “sick and disturbed man who needs help.”
He’ll be sentenced on November 4th.
