Federal prosecutors say a 50-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to bank fraud charges. They say Henry Joseph Williams is facing up to 30 years in prison.
Prosecutor John Field says Williams opened accounts at two area banks, then used his ATM cards to run up more than $8,000 in charges before reporting his ATM cards had been stolen and misused.
At the time, Williams was on supervised release for a wire fraud conviction in 2012. He’ll be sentenced November 8th.
