Federal prosecutors say a 47-year-old Rochester man has pleaded guilty to a bank robbery charge in Rochester.

Assistant U.S. Attorney Brett Harvey says Jerry Little admitted to robbing the First Niagara Bank branch on East Ridge Road in Rochester, handing the teller a note that read “this is a robbery.” He ran from the bank with the cash from the teller’s top drawer.

Little was identified through an investigation by the FBI, Rochester and State Police. He’ll be sentenced on September 14th.
