The man accused of shooting a Rochester teenager to death a year ago has pleaded guilty to manslaughter and weapon charges.
Luis Arroyo was carrying a gun at the Radisson Hotel on East Main Street when he 
got into a confrontation with a group of people on the 10th floor. The 23-year-old man fired a shot that ricocheted off the floor and hit 19-year-old Brandon Spears, killing him.
Arroyo will be sentenced on August 14th.
