A 56-year-old Rochester man has been indicted for second degree manslaughter, two counts of vehicular manslaughter, aggravated driving while intoxicated with a child passenger and other counts.
The Monroe County Grand Jury charged Terry Blue in connection with a fatal crash earlier this month in Irondequoit.
The crash on East Ridge Road fatally injured 86-year-old Beatrice Polizzi of Irondequoit. She died at Rochester General Hospital after Blue’s car crashed into hers. Six people were injured.
Police say witnesses told them Blue was speeding and weaving in and out of traffic before hitting Polizzi’s car.
