A Rochester man has been sentenced to 46-years-to-life in prison after being found guilty of sexually abusing an 11-year-old and a 16-year-old girl.
Richard Baez was sentenced in Monroe County Court. He was found guilty in March on numerous charges of rape, criminal sexual act, sexual abuse and predatory sexual assault against a child.
Assistant District Attorney Elizabeth Buckley says she hopes it’s some comfort to the victims that Baez will spend the rest of his life behind bars.
