Rochester Police found a 64-year-old city man dead in an apartment at 185 Mount Hope Avenue Thursday evening. They’re calling the death “suspicious.”
Police went there after being asked to check on the welfare of a resident of the building. The incident is still being investigated.
Meanwhile, State Police are still investigating the death of a woman found Thursday afternoon in a house on Joy Road in Sodus.
Troopers had also gone to her house to check on the woman’s welfare and discovered her body. They haven’t released any more information yet.
