A 45-year-old Rochester man has been found guilty of second degree murder for shooting and killing a man during a dispute over a car crash.
Eric Clay fired a shotgun at his neighbor during the argument, missing him and killing a man who had nothing to do with it.
Clay was convicted of murder, attempted murder, criminal possession of a weapon and menacing following the death of 25-year-old Justin Crowder last November.
Clay will be sentenced on October 26th.
