A Monroe County Court Jury has found 34-year-old David Berry of Rochester guilty on six counts of drug possession, criminal possession of a weapon and three counts of using drug paraphernalia.
Berry was arrested in March when members of the Greater Rochester Area Narcotics Enforcement Team raided two addresses on Curtis Street in Rochester. Their search warrants turned up $60,000 worth of cocaine and heroin, 6,000 units packaged for street sale and some in bulk. They also found a revolver with the serial number removed.
Berry will be sentenced on March 8th. Because of his prior criminal history, he faces a minimum of 7 years in prison.
