Federal prosecutors say a Rochester man has pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing a machine gun.
They say 44-year-old Aaron Graff was arrested after investigators intercepted and searched a package sent to him from China. It contained a device which is installed on a Glock semi-automatic pistol to convert it to fully automatic. Investigators then delivered the package to Graff, and when he accepted it they got a search warrant for his home. That search turned up the Glock automatic device and another one that Graff had ordered about a month earlier.
Graff will be sentenced in May.
