New York State Police have charged a 58-year-old Rochester man with possessing a sexual performance by a child.
The charges wrap up a five-month investigation into Donald Howcroft which found the downloading of child porn on his home computer.
Howcroft has been released on an appearance ticket and will appear in City Court.
