Two Rochester men have been charged with attempted robbery and assault after a 52-year-old Rochester man was assaulted and stabbed Tuesday afternoon.
Twenty-one-year-old Raphael Hall and 24-year-old Curels Walker-Thompson were charged after the attempted robbery. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries.
