Brighton Police have charged a Rochester man with last Friday’s holdup of the Citizens Bank branch on Monroe Avenue.
Angel Luis Vasquez was arrested on charges of robbery and petit larceny. He was sent to the Monroe County Jail without bail after arraignment.
Brighton Police say a citizen’s tip after Vasquez’s picture appeared in area media led to his arrest.
