New York State Police have arrested a Rochester man after they pulled him over for having a dead headlight…and found he had only a state ID that had been suspended 44 times instead of a license.

They also found a lot more reasons to file charges against 29-year-old David Henry. They smelled marijuana coming from his car, and a search turned up 12 plastic pill bottles of marijuana, plus 75 envelopes of heroin.

Henry has been charged with  two drug possession charges, aggravated unlicensed operation and various traffic violations. He’s been arraigned in Irondequoit Court and sent to jail.
