A Rochester man was arrested Wednesday evening after he was caught with stolen merchandise and driving a stolen car at the Eastview Mall in Victor.
The Ontario County Sheriff’s Office says Darwin Leon Mitchell was holding $715 worth of unpaid merchandise from Dick’s Sporting Goods. The car he was driving had been stolen in Rochester.
Mitchell is being held in jail because of previous felony convictions.
