A Rochester man pulled over by Livingston County Deputies because they suspected he might be drunk turned out to be driving with 21 suspensions against his license.
The sheriff’s office says 40-year-old Gene Brown was stopped in Lima. He failed a sobriety test, and the deputy found the license suspensions and that Brown had a previous DWI conviction, making it a felony. Brown also had marijuana on him, and was wanted on two warrants from Livingston County Family Court and Dansville Village Court.
He was taken to jail and held without bail.
