A man who was seen firing a gun outside a building on Norton Street was arrested by Rochester Police Tuesday night.
They say Carl Hill was spotted outside 82 Norton Street when they arrived to investigate reports of gunfire. He was taken into custody, and a search warrant was served at his residence which turned up an illegal handgun. Hill is charged with possessing and firing the gun.
Nobody is known to have been shot and police aren’t sure what Hill was aiming at.
