A 31-year-old Rochester man was arrested on Spencerport Road in Gates after he was stopped as part of a larger drug investigation, and was found to have multiple baggies of cocaine and a larger baggie of heroin packaged for sale.
Josue Cruz was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance and sent to the Monroe County Jail after arraignment in Gates Court.
