A Rochester couple is facing charges after they were stopped near Binghamton and found to have ten pounds of marijuana in their vehicle.
New York State Police say they stopped Keith Surivan and Chandy Vongxay’s car on I-81 in the Town of Triangle for a traffic violation. Authorities searched the vehicle and found the drugs.
The two were arrested for criminal possession of marijuana and sent to the Broome County jail without bail.
