Rochester police have charged a 22-year-old city man with a knife-point robbery on Lake Avenue Sunday.
they charged Jermaine Cook, Jr with first degree robbery and with grand larceny for holding up a 51-year-old city man. The suspect positively identified the victim, as did several witnesses who assisted in locating the suspect.
Police say Cook was also wanted for a string of burglaries in the Lake Section for which he has been charged with seven counts of burglary for his involvement in breaking into local businesses. He’s being held in the Monroe County Jail.
