All four suspects in the murder of Craig Rideout will go on trial beginning June 20th.
That’s Rideout’s estranged wife Laura, her boyfriend Paul Tucci, and her sons Alex and Colin. All four are charged with second degree murder and with evidence tampering for trying to erase the evidence.
Sheriff’s Office investigators believe Rideout was strangled in the basement of his Penfield town home before his body was dumped off a road in Yates County.
